Airadigm Solutions
As a manager, I was responsible for building the marketing team at Airadigm Solutions, a national construction company that works in over 30 states across multiple contracts. My focus was brand development, executing marketing campaigns and optimizing the sales pipeline.

Social Media
There are multiple accounts throughout different social media channels that need to be run. Since acquiring them we have improved employee morale and engagement as well as a sizable uptick in followers for our industry.
Brand
I created the branding for their national air balancing company, Airadigm Solutions, and ensured all branded material was created within the guidelines. This meant any external or internal work got approval from the marketing team before output. I developed special sell sheets for any projects set to bid over X amount to increase our chance of winning the bid.
Sales
My responsibilities included creating marketing collateral, sales decks, and assisting the regions in the generation of new leads and sales. To help this, I created a CRM to monitor client relationships and set up a gifting process in order to help our employees close deals.

Website
Air Solutions and Balancing is comprised of two companies, Airadigm Solutions and Kitchen Energy Solutions. These companies needed their own website so we went about the task of creating, designing and building these sites to fit their respective audiences. Since the sites launched we have continuously improved SEO and output articles to keep up the relevance of these websites.
Hiring Process & Employee Retention
The marketing team works with HR to help promote recruitment for our regions. We have also implemented the onboarding process for new hires through ADP to brand it in the Air Solutions branding.
In terms of employee retention, the marketing team puts out a weekly newsletter with project highlights and updates as well as employee spotlights. We created a retention program with an internal website for our employees.
Client Relationship Management
To assist with our sales process we implemented a CRM to help with forecasting, follow up and campaigns. This process is worked in conjunction with our developed software for the day-to-day function of the business.
