Mind the Gap
Mind the Gap was started during the Coronavirus to help young creative professionals find jobs. lockdown in 2020. The pandemic and the recession it was causing was making it impossible for young creatives to find jobs, or get on-the-job work experience. I led the team to create branding, awareness campaigns, fundraisers, and developing mentoring. The program was a huge success and was able to help numerous young creatives get roles in the industry.
